All KITRET Users are very kindly requested that they should not Download this software.    The eTDS and eTCS Modules are built-in KITRET itself.    So,  Downloading KITRET Upgrade Copy will update Both Income-Tax as well as eTDS/eTCS Modules.

Click at the Download button given below after the instructions

to start Downloading the KeTDS

  1. When you click at the Download button below, you will see a new window on screen. Here, click at the OK button to Save the program on the disk.

  2. Now, computer will ask you to give the location and file name, where it is to be saved. Give as per your need. By default, it will be saved as Ketds355.EXE in \WINDOWS\DESKTOP directory. However, you can give any other location and file name. For example, you can give file name as "C:\KeTDS\Ketds355.EXE".  In this case, the file will be saved as Ketds355.EXE in the KeTDS directory.

  3. After completion of download. Do as under:-

    • Select 'My Computer'

    • Select the Drive and the Directory where Ketds355 was saved.

    • Double click at Ketds355 icon.

    • Select the KeTDS Directory (folder) for installation of updated files thru the Browse button.

    • Click at Install button to install updated files.

    • It will now ask for the Password. Get the password from us and enter here.   To get the Required Password, do following:-

      • A Cheque or Demand Draft of Rs.500/- should  be send to us in favour of M/s KEYPRO PLUS payable at INDORE towards the updation of KeTDS version 3.55.

      • Send request at demo@keyproplus.com  giving Your NAME, valid POSTAL Address,  Email-id and  the downloaded Software name i.e. KeTDS and the details of payment made  by you for Updation of KeTDS version 3.55.

    • The required files will then be installed in the directory given by you. Click at Yes to All to overwrite old files with the New ones.

  4. After completion, run KeTDS as usual.

  5. If asked, say "Y" for the prompt "Proceed for Upgradation of Databases ? (Y/N)". This will upgrade the database files of your old version of KeTDS and make them compatible with the new version of KeTDS.

  6. ALWAYS CHECK THIS WEB-PAGE FOR LATEST UPDATION IN KeTDS.
